LGBTQIA+ Adult Support Group
This supportive and affirming group provides a safe, confidential space for LGBTQIA+ adults to connect, share experiences, and build community. Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating relationships, managing stress, coping with family dynamics, or simply looking for a place where you can be your authentic self, you are welcome here.
Through guided discussions, mutual support, and evidence-based coping strategies, participants will have the opportunity to strengthen resilience, improve emotional well-being, and reduce feelings of isolation. The group values diversity, respect, and the unique experiences of each individual, creating an environment where everyone is encouraged to share at their own pace.
