D&D: Here There be Dragons
This is a social-skills focused therapeutic tabletop roleplaying group (TTRPG), led by a licensed clinician (LMSW) and certified therapeutic Game Master.
Therapeutic roleplaying games inspire self-confidence and self-exploration, encourage teamwork, and give participants a safe space to practice social skills, problem-solving, and emotional regulation. For almost all of human history, we have used storytelling to better understand others and ourselves. These games do just that, with an element of chance thrown in to make things interesting.
