What makes Tompkins Community Counseling a flexible, professional, and independent working environment?
We support your independence by utilizing your expertise and encouraging you to use the evidence based treatment modalities that you find most effective in treating our clients. We only pair you with clients you feel comfortable treating; in this way, you choose your caseload. We will support your decisions of when to meet with your clients, when they should be discharged, and how many hours you work per week. In addition, we offer you the choice to meet with your clients either face to face or through Tele-health. Overall, our goal is to provide our therapists with a flexible working experience tailored to your strengths and needs.
Our office building is located two blocks from Ithaca Commons at the base of Cascadilla Gorge in the beautiful Fall Creek neighborhood. We offer off-street parking. We provide you with a fully furnished office complete with all the supplies you will need to complete your clinical work.
